Core Responsibilities
- Shipment Tracking: Monitoring inbound and outbound shipments from origin (first-mile) to the final destination (last-mile).
- Documentation & Reporting: Creating and updating essential records, including waybills, invoices, Proof of Delivery (POD), and inventory logs.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaising with transport carriers, drivers, and delivery partners to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Warehouse Support: Assisting with cargo handling, organizing storage space, and monitoring stock levels.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively tracking shipments to resolve delays or discrepancies in transit.
