Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Branch Management: Working closely under Area Managers to supervise daily on-field transhipment schedules and vehicle dispatches.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Bridging communication gaps between linehaul transportation, localized client accounts, and backend customer support.
- Data & Reporting: Maintaining detailed daily Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and tracking delivery deadlines.
- Process Improvements: Conducting facility process audits to minimize overall cargo handling delays and freight costs.
- Workforce Management: Managing dynamic labor allocation and vehicle turnaround schedules during peak operational hours.
