Position Overview

Ekara Service Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Recovery Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients, managing accounts, and facilitating the recovery of outstanding payments. This is a 100% Work from Home (WFH) mandate program, offering a structured path from comprehensive online training to a full-time professional career.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualifications are welcome)

• Skills: Good communication skills, persistence, basic computer knowledge, and a reliable internet connection at home.

Training & On-the-Job Training (OJT) Structure

To ensure your success, selected candidates will undergo a mandatory structured training and evaluation program:

1. Online Training Phase (6 Days):

   • Fee: ₹20,000 (Upfront payment required; no loan/EMI options available).

   • Refund Policy: 100% fully refundable after completing 1 year of continuous service (Survival) with the company.

2. On-the-Job Training (OJT) Phase (02 Months):

   • Stipend: ₹5,000 per month during the 2-month OJT period.

3. Full-Time Deployment:

   • Salary: Fixed ₹15,000 per month post-OJT.

   • Performance Target: A target recovery of ₹5 Lakhs per month post-OJT training.

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounts to identify outstanding debts and balances.

• Reach out to customers/debtors via phone calls to negotiate and secure payments.

• Provide accurate updates and maintain detailed records of all payment collection activities.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and offer standard payment solutions politely and professionally.

• Meet monthly recovery targets as set by the organization.
