Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the selection process, candidates must meet all the following criteria:
• Must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Any graduate with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks
• Must not be older than 25 years on the date of application
Roles and Responsibilities of a Branch Relationship Manager (BRM)
• Develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing
customers
• Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels
• Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers which are mapped
• Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
• Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Note: The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of KMBL.
Compensation & Benefits

• Residential Classroom Training at ITM Location: 4 months along with ₹5000/- per month (with AC Classroom
and Accommodation)
• On the Job Training at KMBL: 2 months with ₹25,000/- per month
• Internship Training at KMBL: 6 months with ₹5 LPA CTC
• Logistics and Stay Arrangements: Candidates are responsible for their own logistics and stay during the
KMBL training location.
• On successful completion of the 1-year training diploma program, candidates will be absorbed by Kotak
Mahindra Bank Ltd at ₹5 LPA CTC (Fixed) plus Incentives.
Fee
• The training program fee is ₹2,60,000/- (all inclusive), which covers expenses such as an Android Tab, Health
Insurance, Travelling (to & fro campus to hostel), AC Lodging, Boarding, Certification, and Training.
• Selected candidates can self-fund the training fee of ₹2,60,000/- or avail loan facility.

• ELIGIBILITY:

1. Candidate must be Graduate from A Recognized University with minimum 60%
2. Age must be between 21 years and 25 years
3. candidate must ready to realocate
4. Male or Female both are eligible to apply
5. Candidate should not be CIBIL Defaulter
6. Basic English and Good Communication skills are mandatory
