Presenting a Guaranteed Placement Program for the role of Associate Debt Manager. This initiative is a fast-track career path designed for ambitious young professionals looking to build a stable and high-earning career in the banking sector.

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 3-month structured training program (including classroom learning and on-the-job training) before directly joining the bank.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 21 to 28 years.

• Academic Qualification: Minimum 50% marks throughout your academic history (10th, 12th, and Graduation). Open to all streams.

Training & Internship Structure

To ensure your absolute success on day one at the bank, selected candidates will enter a intensive 3-month training model managed with complete financial support.

• Total Duration: 3 Months

  • Phase 1: Campus Classroom Training (CRT) – 2 Months

    • Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

    • Perks: Free Fooding & Lodging provided on campus during this phase.

  • Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (OJT) – 1 Month

    • Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

    • Location: At an assigned IDFC First Bank branch.

Program Fee & Financial Assistance

• Total Program Fee: ₹1.80 Lakhs (100% Fully Refundable upon meeting standard program milestones).

• Down Payment: Only ₹20,000/- required at the time of booking your seat.
