📋 Job Overview

🎓 1-Year Paid Training & Fast-Track Career Path

Our unique, structured 12-month program is designed to transform fresh graduates into elite banking professionals. Your year will be broken down into three distinct phases:

Phase 1: Residential Classroom Training (Months 1–3)

• Location: Mumbai

• Stipend: ₹5,000 / month

• Perks: Free Fooding + Lodging provided by the bank.

• Focus: Mastering core banking concepts, compliance, and operational workflows.

Phase 2: Branch Internship (Months 4–6)

• Location: Assigned DNS Bank Branch

• Stipend: ₹25,000 / month

• Focus: Practical exposure to daily customer operations and retail banking services.

Phase 3: On-the-Job Training (Months 7–12)

• Location: Assigned DNS Bank Branch

• Stipend: ₹35,000 / month

• Focus: Independent handling of operations, shadow management, and performance tracking.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 21 to 25 years (as of the application date).

• Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and basic digital literacy.

🛠️ Key Roles & Responsibilities

Once deployed as an Assistant Manager, you will handle diverse operational facets of our branches, including:

• Operational Excellence: Managing end-to-end branch operations, including daily cash/clearing reconciliation, accounts processing (Savings/Current), and secure locker facilities.

• Digital Adoption: Guiding retail and business customers to adopt DNS Bank’s digital landscape (UPI, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and WhatsApp Banking).

• Retail & Business Credit: Assisting in processing specialized localized loan portfolios including Housing, Personal, Education, Vehicle, and Gold Loans.

• Bancassurance & Cross-Selling: Collaborating with leading insurance partners (like HDFC Life) to provide general, health, and life insurance solutions to our existing customer base.

• SME Support: Assisting local entrepreneurs and businesses with custom credit and transaction solutions up to ₹2 Crores+.
