Training & On-the-Job Deployment Program

To ensure your success on the floor, selected candidates will undergo a mandatory, structured training program designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and retail banking operations.

Program Investment & Commercials

• Training Fees: ₹35,000/- + GST (Investment toward professional banking certification and assured placement).

• Stipend During Training: ₹6,000 per month will be paid to candidates during the training period to support basic expenses.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Officer, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day retail banking operations and customer service queries.

• Promoting and cross-selling the bank’s financial products (savings accounts, loans, insurance, and digital assets).

• Ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with branch walk-ins and existing high-net-worth clients.
