Role Overview

This is a comprehensive career-start program designed for aspiring finance professionals. The role begins with a 6-month professional diploma program, which includes integrated practical training and a paid internship with Bajaj Capital, leading to a full-time placement as a Wealth Manager.

Program Structure

• Phase 1 (Month 1-2): Online theoretical training focusing on wealth management, financial products, and client relationship management.

• Phase 2 (Month 3-6): 4-month Paid Internship at Bajaj Capital to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry.

• Phase 3 (Month 7+): Full-time placement as a Wealth Manager upon successful completion of the training and internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Analyze client financial statuses and provide strategic advice on investment plans, insurance, and retirement.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential high-net-worth individuals or retail clients to grow the firm’s portfolio.

• Financial Planning: Create customized financial blueprints based on client risk appetite and long-term goals.

• Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients to review portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed.

• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide informed advice.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Must be a Graduate (any stream).

• Age: Maximum 28 years.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, interest in financial markets, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary (CTC): ₹3.30 Lakhs – ₹6.25 Lakhs per annum.

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to the base salary.

• Pre-Placement Letter: Candidates receive a job assurance letter at the start of the program.

• Internship Stipend: Paid internship for 4 months during the training period.

Financial Investment For Training:

• Training Fees: ₹85,000.

• Financing: Loan facilities are available to cover the training costs.
