* JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Unit Manager is liable to onboard Active and Productive Advisors/Agents/FCs with Company and you’ve to generate Sales through their Customers by visiting and Product Pitching with him in Open Market.
Onboarded Advisors will get certain % of Commissions instead of Salary and you’ve to manage them.
