Job Overview: Senior Relationship Manager
The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is a pivotal role focused on driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients. You will act as a financial advisor, helping clients navigate Aditya Birla Capital’s diverse portfolio of financial services, including insurance, asset management, and lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term clients while ensuring the satisfaction and retention of the existing portfolio.

Financial Advisory: Understand the financial goals, risk appetite, and needs of clients to recommend suitable investment and protection products.

Portfolio Management: Monitor client portfolios regularly and provide updates on market trends and product performance.

Cross-Selling: Leverage the full suite of Aditya Birla Capital products (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.) to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic networking and ethical selling practices.

Compliance: Ensure all documentation and client interactions adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
Eligibility & Requirements
According to the recruitment criteria, candidates must meet the following:

| Experience | Typically entry-level to early-career, as a mandatory 1-month training period is provided. |
| Location | PAN India (Multiple openings across various cities). |
Program Details & Compensation

Annual Salary: ₹3.5 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).

Training Period: 1 month of specialized professional training to prepare you for the role.
