ABOUT SALES ASSOCIATE PROFILE:
A Lenskart Sales Associate is responsible for driving store revenue by providing excellent customer service, including greeting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, recommending eyewear, and managing inventory. They are crucial to the in-store experience, managing sales targets, billing, and assisting with eye exams.
SALARY BENEFITS:
Salary: 3,00,000 per annum + Incentives + All Other Benefits
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
AGE: 21 years to 28 years
QUALIFICATION: Min. Graduation Pass
GENDER: Male/Female both are Eligible
Sales Driven and Goal Achiever
TRAINING DETAILS:
Module: Online
Training Investment: 41,000/-
Duration: 1 Week

If Rejected in Interview:
3 Months OJT with 15,000/- per month Stipend
Joining at Lenskart with 3,00,000 per annum + Incentives
