1. Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: Identifying and onboarding “New-to-Bank” (NTB) customers through market activities and direct sales.

Cross-Selling: Beyond just loans or accounts, RMs are expected to sell a “bouquet” of products, including Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), and digital tools like QR codes or POS machines.

Portfolio Management: Maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and timely loan repayments (collection).

End-to-End Documentation: Managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to KYC verification and final disbursement.

Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to RBI regulations and internal bank policies, particularly regarding KYC and credit quality
