AU Small Finance Bank is looking for dynamic individuals to join as Relationship Managers (Key Account Managers). This role offers a comprehensive career launchpad through an intensive training program in partnership with IIM Rohtak.

Role Overview & Compensation

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value client portfolios, driving business growth, and maintaining long-term excellence in customer service.

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,50,000 per annum

• Performance Linked Pay (PLP): Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum

• Additional Benefits: Standard banking facilities and a clear path for career progression.

Comprehensive Training Program

Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month specialized induction to ensure professional readiness:

• Phase 1: Classroom Training (3 Months) * Location: Gurgaon

  • Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

  • Highlight: Includes a one-week residency at IIM Rohtak (Full boarding and lodging provided).

• Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (OJT) (3 Months) * Location: Assigned Branch

  • Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Note on Training Fees: The program fee is ₹3 Lakhs + GST. To facilitate this, loan options are available for eligible candidates.

Retention & Fee Refund Policy

The bank rewards long-term commitment by refunding the training fees through retention bonuses:

• After 1 Year of Service: ₹1,02,000 refund

• After 2 Years of Service: ₹1,53,000 refund

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21 to 28 years.

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any stream.

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
