Job Title: *Inside Sales Executive (Female)*

Working Days: *Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)*
*About the Role:*
We are looking for a smart, confident, female Inside Sales Executive with prior experience
selling SaaS or digital products over telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and be passionate about converting leads into
paying customers.
You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos over phone/Zoom, and
closing clients for our new-age AI-powered hiring platform — Shiftz.
Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to qualified leads and explain Shiftz offering
● Convert inbound leads into demos & paying customers
● Conduct product walkthroughs for HR managers and recruiters
● Maintain CRM entries and follow-up pipelines
● Achieve monthly targets for demos and closures
● Build strong understanding of Shiftz product and pitch
● Work closely with business development and marketing teams
● Provide feedback on customer objections and improve pitch
Requirements
● *Female candidates only*
● *Minimum 1–3 years experience in inside sales / telecalling / SaaS sales*
● Experience selling SaaS, HR tech, digital services, or subscription products
● Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
● Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
● Comfortable with high call volumes and fast-paced environment
● Ability to convert leads independently
● Confident, presentable, target-oriented
