JOB DESCRIPTION: HR RECRUITER (GROUND ZERO)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sourcing Candidates The primary responsibility of a remote recruiter is to find the right talent.

Social Media: Identifying suitable candidates using portals like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

Job Posting: Posting job vacancies across Facebook groups, Telegram channels, and WhatsApp networks.

Database Management: Filtering active candidates from GROUND ZERO’s existing internal database.
2. Screening and Shortlisting Ensuring the quality of profiles before submitting them to the client.

Telephonic Interview: Conducting initial calls to verify experience, education (e.g., Graduation with 50%), and skills.

Requirement Matching: Ensuring the candidate meets client specifications (Eligibility, Location, Salary, Notice Period).

Banner/Ads Creation: Designing attractive recruitment advertisements and banners to maximize applicant flow.
3. Client and Candidate Coordination Acting as a bridge between both parties.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinating interview timings between the candidate and the company.

Follow-ups: Collecting feedback from the company post-interview and updating the candidate.

Expectation Management: Facilitating negotiations regarding salary and joining terms between both parties.
4. Online Reporting and Data Management Since this is a Work-From-Home role, reporting is crucial.

Daily Tracker: Maintaining an Excel record of daily calls made, interviews scheduled, and final selections.

Documentation: Digitally collecting necessary documents (ID Proof, Degrees, Experience Letters) from selected candidates.
5. Onboarding Support

Maintaining contact with candidates until their joining date to prevent last-minute withdrawals (Backout Management).

Remotely assisting the candidate with company formalities on the day of joining.
Salary and Benefits

Internship Period: The first 3 months will be an internship. There is no fixed salary during this period; payment is purely performance-based (pay-per-task/hire).

Permanent Role: Upon successful completion of assigned tasks within the 3-month window, you will become a Permanent Employee. This includes a fixed salary (₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month), incentives, and additional benefits like mobile recharge (T&C Apply).

Certification: A certificate will be provided upon completion of the 3-month internship to assist your future career prospects.
