1. Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a structured salary progression along with essential living amenities:

• Training Phase (OJT): * Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.

  • Inclusions: Free Food + Room provided.

• Post-Training (Permanent):

  • Salary: ₹13,586 per month.

  • Additional Benefits: PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Medical Insurance), and Performance Incentives.

  • Inclusions: Free Food + Room provided.

2. Key Job Details

• Location: Mumbai.

• Duration: 6 Months (Training Period).

• Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (Flexible shifts).

• Gender Preference: Male candidates only.

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC).

• Skills: Basic understanding of cleanliness standards, physical stamina, and a disciplined work ethic.
