✨ About the Role:
We are hiring a female Customer Care Executive with excellent English-speaking skills to support our clients and recruiters using the Shiftz platform. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. You will handle inbound queries, guide users on platform features, resolve issues, and provide a smooth, professional experience.
📝 Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from clients and recruiters
● Guide users through Shiftz platform features and troubleshoot basic issues
● Maintain high-quality communication with professional etiquette
● Log issues, create support tickets, and coordinate with the product/tech team
● Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
● Help onboard new companies and recruiters
● Maintain records of interactions in CRM
● Identify recurring customer pain points and share feedback with leadership
● Ensure quick response times and high CSAT scores
🎯 Requirements:
● Female candidates only
● Excellent English communication skills (spoken + written)
● 1–3 years experience in customer care, tele-support, or client service
● Pleasant, patient, and professional communication style
● Ability to handle calls, chats, and emails effectively
● Basic understanding of tech/SaaS platforms (training provided)
● Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
● Ability to work from office (Gurugram)
