Role Overview

As a Business Development Officer, you will be the face of Equitas Small Finance Bank, responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and promoting various banking products and services. This role is ideal for energetic, goal-oriented graduates looking to build a career in the banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers to open new bank accounts (Savings/Current) and sell other financial products.

• Product Promotion: Promote the bank’s offerings, including loans, insurance, and investment products, to meet assigned sales targets.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.

• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Compliance: Ensure all documentation and sales processes adhere to the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation (in any stream) from a recognized university.

• Age: Maximum 28 years.

• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of banking services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹3,50,000 Per Annum (CTC).
