Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a team of Insurance Advisors.
• Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Generate new health insurance business through advisors and personal networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Help customers choose suitable health insurance plans based on their needs.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly business and team performance targets.
• Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns.

Training Details

• Training Duration: 21 Days Residential Training at BMU
• Training Fees: ₹47,000/- + GST (Loan Facility available)
• Fooding & Lodging: Provided by the Company during Training

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary (After Training): ₹3,10,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum
