Job Overview: Acquisition Relationship Manager
IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join their team as Acquisition Relationship Managers. This role is focused on driving new business growth and managing client relationships across India.
Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers to open new accounts and promote the bank’s financial products and services.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks through proactive market engagement.

Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice to customers regarding bank accounts, investment options, and other retail banking products.

Compliance: Ensure all customer onboarding processes and documentation follow the bank’s regulatory and internal guidelines.
Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks.

Age Limit: Candidates must be up to 28 years old.

Skills: Strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: 6 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives.

Training: A comprehensive 4-month campus training program is provided to prepare candidates for the role.

Fee Refund: The program features a 100% Program Fee Refund, which is reimbursed in two tranches.
